7.4V Rechargeable lithium battery pack for heated clothing

    D EL-V intelligent Li-ion battery packs was designed, developed, and produced by our company, power was managed by intelligent BMS  which

was used for series products of electric heating apparels. Li-ion battery packs are protected by hardware and soft ware with over-charging voltage

protection, over-discharging protection, over-current protection, and short circuit protection functions etc.

.Intelligent Li-ion battery is controlled by five switches, with constant power output: 

1)press the black button “POWER”for a little bit long time ,the battery system will turn on, and the first LED shows green light, with 100% battery power output
2)press that button again, the second LED shows green, battery power output will reach 75%;
3)press the black button, the third LED shows green,and battery power output will reach 50%;
4)press the black button, the fourth LED turns green, the battery power output will reach 25%;
5)press the black again, LED and output will turn off.

3. Charging Li-ion battery pack: when it is charging, the LED twinkle from switch 4 to switch 1  in order; when battery pack full charging, the four LED will last shining.  

4. The display of Li-ion battery pack electric amount; press the button for a second when the battery connected without any load,the  LED indicates the corresponding

electric quantity. the first gear indicates full capacity, the second gear indicates the battery has 50% capacity  the third and fourth gears indicates there is few capacity;

the Led light does not light indicates there is no electricity .

5.Buzzer warning: when the electric quantity was dropped to the 10% of original capacity, LED will flashes with buzzer, the buzzer will warn 5 seconds in every 2 minutes.

6..Discharge time : :connecting the battery with a load : high polymer carbon fiber infrared electric heating strip (resistance :10Ω); discharge time of Li-ion battery pack
